- You can stay anonymous. Tick “Submit anonymously”, or leave out your name and email.
- Your report stays confidential. [Named role, e.g. Ethics & Transparency Committee] handles it.
- No one is punished for speaking up in good faith. Good faith means you honestly believe what you report, even if it turns out to be wrong.
If you stay anonymous, Kad Kokoa cannot reply to you directly.
What happens after you report
Every Kad Kokoa Speak Up report goes through four steps.

Can I report anonymously?
Yes. On the Kad Kokoa Speak Up form, tick “Submit anonymously” or leave out your name and email. Kad Kokoa cannot reply directly to anonymous reports.
Who reads my report?

How long until I get a reply?
Kad Kokoa confirms it received your report within [X] days. You receive a response or the outcome within [X] days, if you leave a way to contact you.
Will I get in trouble for reporting?
No. Kad Kokoa does not punish anyone who reports in good faith. Good faith means you honestly believe what you report, even if it turns out to be wrong.
