Post Harvesting Center (PHC) Project
At Kad Kokoa, we believe that exceptional chocolate begins with exceptional cacao. That's why we've taken a pioneering step in the Thai cacao industry by establishing Post Harvesting Centers (PHCs) in each province where we operate. These centers serve as hubs of excellence, where we work hand-in-hand with local growers to ensure the highest quality in fermentation and drying processes - crucial steps that define the flavor profile of our beans. Our commitment extends beyond quality control; we practice direct buying at fair prices, fostering a relationship of mutual sustainability with our farmers.
