He has worked in renowned kitchens worldwide, including L’Oranger in London, Beige Alain Ducasse in Tokyo, and Hotel Cheval Blanc in Courchevel. Chef Sylvain is known for his expertise in blending French pastry techniques with local Thai ingredients, creating unique and stunning desserts.

Pichet Ong is a renowned pastry chef and culinary innovator with a diverse background and impressive career. Born in Thailand to Chinese parents and raised in Singapore, Ong initially pursued architecture, earning a master's degree from the University of California at Berkeley. However, his passion for food led him to transition into the culinary world, where he became a self-taught chef.Ong's culinary expertise has earned him numerous accolades, including being named one of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America by Pastry Arts & Design.
