Collection: Baking Chocolate Couverture

Bake with the same chocolate our chefs use. Kad Kokoa couverture is made bean-to-bar in Thailand from Thai-grown cacao, fermented and dried at our own post-harvest centre in Lampang. It comes as easy-to-melt chocolate buttons in 250g resealable pouches, sized for home baking: brownies, ganache, cookies, mousses and hot chocolate. Our full product line is Halal certified.
