Collection: Thai Single Origin Dark Chocolate

Thailand grows remarkable cacao, and every region tastes different. Our single origin dark chocolate is made bean-to-bar in Thailand from cacao grown in four Thai provinces: Chiang Mai in the north, where our organic beans come from a partner farm in Mae Taeng; Chumphon, the gateway to the south; Chantaburi, on the eastern coast near the Cambodian border; and Prachuap Khiri Khan, along the narrowest stretch of the Gulf coast.

Each 70% bar uses beans from a single province, so you can taste the terroir side by side. Start with one bar, compare all four with the Four Origins Set, or share our Single Origin Napolitains, small squares made for tastings and gifting. All our single origin chocolates are dairy-free, and our full product line is Halal certified.
