Our Chiang Mai bar is made from organic cacao grown on a contracted farm of ours in Pa Pae, Mae Taeng. Expect a strong, earthy body lifted by slight floral notes, with a delicate exotic fruitiness in the background.

Behind the pattern: Tung Lan Na

Our packaging is inspired by the tung, a hanging flag symbolising faith in Lan Na, the former northern kingdom centred on Chiang Mai. A piece of cultural heritage with auspicious meanings expressed through its textures and colours, the tung's optimism is reflected in our bright orange packaging, mixed with light green for the floral notes of local cacao.
