Khoa is an Indian dairy product made by slowly simmering milk in an iron pan until it thickens: rich, sweet and nutty, and the base of many desserts. We adapted the tradition by cooking down milk powder, creating a caramelised, toasty flavour that pairs perfectly with our chocolate.
