Our cacao beans

Our cacao beans come from 4 origins of Thailand: Chang Mai, Chantaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, & Chumpon. We are on a quest to promote Thai cacao beans and foster a new culture of Thai chocolate, the founders strive to improve it's sustainability. The adventure of the founders in the country side of Thailand directly lead them to the inception of Kad Kokoa.

Chumpon

Chumphon, the gateway to the south of Thailand, accommodates the Horticultural Research Centre responsible for the research and development of national robusta coffee, coconuts, and cacao beans. We work with the Centre in exchanging the post-harvesting know-how so the farmers in the region can learn from the Centre to improve their production and thus, their quality of life. Strong cacao body with notes of ripe grapes and red berries.

Chantaburi

Chantaburi province is located in the east of Thailand bordering Cambodia, extending down to the Gulf of Thailand. The beans from Chantaburi have unique characteristics of dried tropical fruits and brown sugar, resulting in a truly unique chocolate with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, mango, and a honey-lemon creamy body.
