Our special birthday cake Kad Kokoa : Le Chou

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of Kad Kokoa, we have revisited the classic French pastry. Le Chou is a delicious puff pastry with a delicate crispy shell filled with pastry cream. It may look like a simple dessert but requires a lot of technical skill to make.

Chef Mike created this dessert and customized it with Kad Kokoa chocolate, adding a generous hazelnut praline cream and the famous salted caramel.
