Kad Kokoa Cacao Juice Process and Recipe

Kad Kokoa Cacao Juice Process and suggestion for your recipes

Kad Kokoa carefully collects cacao juice from fermented wood boxes to create delicious sorbet, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Begin by selecting ripe and healthy cacao pods from the trees.

Cut open the pods and scoop out the cacao beans and surrounding pulp.

Place the beans and pulp in wooden boxes and cover them with banana leaves.

Allow the beans and pulp to ferment for several days.

During first 2 days of fermentation, the pulp will break down, releasing juice which will be collected in the bottom of the wooden box.

After several days, the fermentation process is complete and the juice can be collected from the bottom of the wooden box.

The collected juice can be used to make various delicious products such as sorbet, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.

For example, the juice can be combined with other ingredients such as sugar, milk, and fruit to create a sorbet or used as a mixer in cocktails.

The final product is carefully checked for quality and taste, before being packaged and made available for sale.
