If you don't know cacao tea, here's what it is and where it comes from:
When we make chocolate, we first roast our beans and crack them (winnowing) to collect the nibs inside of the shell. We collect that shell separately for various purpose, the main one being brewing it in hot water, providing us with a beverage that we call cacao tea.
The taste is light and complex - even more if cold brewed - and the drink is very healthy, no fat or sugar, and a whole lot of antioxidants from cacao.
