Le Chou, now serving at Kad Kokoa !


A classic of French pastry, the Chou is a delicious puff pastry with a delicately crispy shell and filled with pastry cream. It's a simple dessert in appearance but it requires a lot of technical skills in order to get it right.


Chef Mike created this dessert and customized it with Kad Kokoa chocolate, adding a chocolate craquelin to the base, and a generous whipped ganache topped up with chocolate sauce.
